Behind Sushi Shikigami is Roberto Javier Casalderrey — a sushi master with more than 20 years of experience. He honed his craft in Florida, Spain, Venezuela and Prague before settling in Ústí nad Labem.
Every piece is made by hand from fresh fish we select day after day. No pre-made shortcuts — just honest Japanese technique and respect for the ingredient.
Unlike anonymous kitchens that only run through delivery platforms, you'll find us at a real address in Ústí. Come and taste, or order directly from us.
